​Volunteer 

You did it! You've taken that first step towards volunteering! We're here to help you keep going! By joining the PAWS volunteer team you will not only be helping the animals of the shelter but of the entire county!

Any time

Come to the shelter to play with our cats & dogs. They need exercise and socialization so desperately. Many volunteers simply come to the shelter to play with, walk, train, bath and socialize the animals. It's such a mutually enriching activity!

    Come join us at Oak Hills Country Club for dinner, dancing, and a silent auction, all of which benefit P.A.W.S. (Pontotoc Animal Welfare Society)! We will have live music, courtesy of the band Mystery Dates, a bar, a photo booth, and silent auction items donated by local businesses.

    P.A.W.S. is hosting a dog show for children! For this event we need volunteers to run registration, watch doors, help with door prizes, and other task that are needed to make this event successful!

    We will be transporting dogs from and to P.A.W.S. for Ada Fest. As well as walking the dogs around the festival.

    Help P.A.W.S host an adoption event at Petsense. This involves working the event, and helping transport the dogs from and to P.A.W.S.
