Niki made it home in April! Many thanks to her friends in Iraq who traveled her to safety and her veterinarian friends who cared for her to be sure all went well for her flight. Special thanks to Eva for greeting Niki at the airport, clearing customs with her and putting her on her connecting flight for home! Thank you once again Eva, we appreciate all your help & support and can assure you the soldiers and their families do as well!

Here's a few photos of Niki enjoying herself at her home in a bean bag chair she has claimed as "hers", looks like she is catching up on some long over due sleep, she has had many worries in Iraq! Reports are she has had some great times in chasing her new duck friend around the pond and has adjusted very well to her American life. Niki now awaits the arrival of her soldier who's tour has just been extended by many months. Please keep him (and all the Troops) in your thoughts and prayers for his safe arrival home to her and his family.
